Quentin Chong Retires

South African star Quentin Chong has announced his retirement from the sport in order to concentrate on his students and his gym Dragon Power

In his last fight on November 30 2002, Quentin Chong known as the "Dragon" defended his Intercontinental World Muaythai Thai Supermiddlweight Title. He is now 2x World Muaythai champion.

He defended his title against Nokweed Davy. Nokweed has had over 400 fights, holder of 7 titles and is known as the "Bangkok Legend". It was a great fight to watch. Quentin Chong defeated Nokweed in the third round with a right hand to the temple. Nokweed went crashing down and had to wait for the medics to bring him round again.

Quentin Chong has had 19 fights. 18 wins and one draw.
