Daniel Dawson successfully defends ISKA Muay Thai title

Daniel Dawson defended his ISKA Muay Thai superwelterweight title by knocking out Japan's Kenichi Ogata in the second round at the Gold Coast's Conrad's Jupiter Casino. Ogata's corner threw in the towel after he repeatedly took knees to the head.

Also on the undercard former muaytha champion John Wayne Parr beat Andre Khamula for the Australian middleweight boxing title and Nathan "Carnage" Corbett successfully defended his WMTA Australian muaythai title against Kelly Wishart.
