Harrison wins again in Japan

Harrison won his second fight in Japan on 22nd August at the Koraken Hall in Tokyo. He had fought in Japan previosuly last year where he beat Masuda . This time Harrison faced Satoru Vasikoba who with 14 fights posed a stiffer test for him than Masuda did. Vasikoba comes from a Shin-Karate background as an amateur and in his last fight went the distance with the legendary Samkor.

The judges scored the fight 49-50, 50-50, 48-50 giving Harrison a close points victory. Harrison felt he took the fight in the third and fifth rounds when he had Vasikoba on the backfoot and landed some sharp combinations.
Harrison's record now stands at 22 fights 20w 2d and his next fight will be on 10th October in Leeds.

Also on the show Japan's Fujihara (who previously drew with Damien Trainor in England) beat Dawasin Kiatrattapol of Thailand. Kobayashi beat Andy Donaldson of Australia.
