KO Gym moves to better premises

KO Gym, London's biggest club has moved its flagship headquarters to better premises located nearby to its old Punderson Gardens Gym.

The new gym is on Wadeson St and whilst still nearby features easier road access and better parking available nearby. The gym features a dedicated bag room, mirrored seminar room and training ring.
KO will no longer be using the Punderson Gardens Gym.
