On 26th November Matt Skelton (K1-Uk Champion) defeated Jeff Ford (USKBA Champion) for the vacant IKF Super-heavyweight World Title by a second round knockout from a strong barrage of hooks..

Before the fight Sandy Holt said: "If anyone can beat Matt Skelton this guy Jeff can. He's so fast for his size and when he kicks, wow they're strong. Skelton's a tough experienced fighter though it should be a good fight, but i think Jeff can do it."
