Sterrit wins European title

Gavin Sterrit, Beastmasters, England defeated Kirk Forrest of Darlington to take the 75Kg IMTA European Title. Forrest started the fight well catching Sterrit's body kicks and then dropping him to the canvas each time. Sterrit then came back strong with a confident performance, wining the remaining four rounds and dominating well in the clinch to take the title from Forrest. Also on the show Craig Shaw took the 63.5Kg European title against the unfortunate Steve Donnelly who suffered a dislocated elbow whilst being dropped to the canvas in the second round which ended the fight.
